counter culture will be BACK IN CHARLOTTE on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, March 11, 12, and 13, 2018 to get you connected with your community, educated about all things cheese, charcuterie and specialty foods, and—most of all—excited about YOUR industry!
NOTE: Each of the 3 days will be DIFFERENT (different sessions, presenters and topcis). You must select registration for EACH DAY you plan to attend. Meet the Maker is also a separate registration.
***In order to ensure maximum availabity for all to attend, please note there is only ONE ORDER, per day, per per person. Every order must be placed with the Buyer Information from the person actually attending. Duplicate orders may be deleted.***
Sample topics by day:
Sunday: cheese science 101 + cheesemakers + pairing session
Monday: art of mongering + cheesemakers
Tuesday: Meat Up! A full day of cured meat
If you plan on attending all days + Meet the Maker, please be sure to RSVP to each day (Sunday, Monday AND Tuesday + Meet the Maker) in the links above.
